Marianne Moore (November 15, 1887 - February 5, 1972) was a Modernist American poet and writer.
Life
Marianne Moore was natural within Kirkwood, Missouri, outside of St. Louis, daughter of construction engineer and inventor, John Milton Moore, and his wife, Mary Warner.
